Purpose
These terms govern the use of the mobateli.com website and Mobateli services (patient, doctor, Hospital and Pharma apps), published by Bongolabs SAS.
Nature of the service
Mobateli lets you keep a digital health record, share it with health professionals and coordinate care. Mobateli does not provide medical care. In an emergency, call emergency services or go to the nearest health centre.
Account
You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your credentials confidential. Verification and access codes must never be shared with anyone you did not choose: Mobateli will never ask you for them.
Health professionals
Professionals agree to use Mobateli only within their practice, to respect medical confidentiality and to open a record only with the patient's consent. Any breach may lead to account suspension.
Pricing
The health record is free for patients. Services for professionals and facilities are subject to pricing terms communicated before any subscription.
Availability
We do our best to provide a continuous service but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted, in particular for maintenance or because of telecommunication networks.
