We don't replace the doctor
Mobateli is a tool for care coordination and health records. It provides no automated diagnosis, no teleconsultation and no personalised medical advice. Medical interpretation remains the health professional's.
The patient stays in control
The patient decides who accesses their record, with a one-time code, and can remove access at any time. Accesses are logged and can be reviewed.
Verified professionals
A doctor can only open a patient record once their professional identity has been verified. Facilities and pharmacies are validated before appearing in the directory.
Medical confidentiality
Health data is covered by medical confidentiality. Mobateli staff only access it when strictly necessary for the operation or security of the service.
No commercial use of health data
We do not sell health data, share it for advertising purposes or show targeted ads.
